The Policy is intended to clarify; i) which data Casedoc collects, ii) for which purposes, iii) how the data are used, iv) which measures Casedoc has take to promote the security and protection of data, and v) which rights the data subjects enjoy. It is the core-aim of the Policy that processing of personal data for which Casedoc is the controller, is carried out in light of the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
Attached are the Casedoc (part of GoPro) data security policy (and Hugvits) as it has been approved by the company board on 2. Septmeber, 2015. The latest version of the policy lies in the information system of Hugvit (GoPro) at any given time and this version exceeds what appears here, if there is a discrepancy between.
